I had a problem with heatmap to Lpar2rrd.It could not be refreshed.I sent a mail to Lpar2rrd support.
It said that there were some fixes recently in heatmap, install the latest code to be sure that it is not something already fixed.You can downloaded below adress.
http://www.lpar2rrd.com/download/heatmap.pl.gz
Gunzip it and copy to /home/lpar2rrd/lpar2rrd/bin (755, lpar2rrd owner)

Check the heatmap in the GUI after next load.sh.
I did this steps and its resolved.
